Glowing Jack O Lanterns

The old festival of All Hallows Eve (or its original Celtic name, 'Samhain') wouldn't be complete without goulish pumpkin faces sitting in the windows. The tradition is hundreds of years old. People believed that the spirits of the dead rose on this night, and some of these spirits were bad ones. People disguised themselves as demons and bad spirits (hence wearing costumes on this night) so that the bad spirits would think they were one of their own and leave them alone. They also make fake demon faces to put in the windows of their houses to keep bad spirits away (carved turnips into jack o lanterns).

Enough of the history lesson! These are white pumpkins in 1:12 scale which glow in the dark. They come in 4 different sizes and two different faces. Will be listed on Etsy in a few days...
